We collect the Name and other user information only for completing the order and for sending support information that is requested by the user. Information is not stored or distributed after the order/support is completed. If the user explicitly signs up for email updates, then the email is stored. Credit card information and other financial information is collected only to complete the order. The credit card information is deleted 45 days after the order is fulfilled (This allows us to credit your account back in case of refund during the first 30 days). No information about the Children who are using this site is collected, except to answer exam questions and product support questions. We never collect or maintain information at our web site from persons we know to be under age 13, and no part of our web site is designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or contact us if you are under age 13.

Our Product Development Team of 12 engineers, help us with the home and school Edition software, packaging and web site management. They also help us with the retail distribution product design, development and support.
