All of our software and workbooks are manufactured on demand. What this means, is that when you place an order with us, we then produce your software and workbooks specifically based upon what you have requested. For this reason, only software that has not been activated can be returned. Returns will only be accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. The price of the workbook ($6.00) and any shipping costs are non-refundable. There is also a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of the return being processed.

Each program that is purchased is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on one computer. During the installation of the software, you will be asked to confirm that this is the computer that you would like to install it on. Once your program is activated on a computer, it can only be used on that computer. In order to activate the same program on another computer, an additional license will need to be purchased. The charge for additional licenses is $10.00 per program (English, Math, Science, or History).
